Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of MediConnect Global India, a medical travel facilitation service operating from Kampala, Uganda. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our role as a facilitator
MediConnect Global India is a medical travel facilitation service, not a medical provider, hospital or clinic. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or advice. We do not employ the doctors, surgeons or hospitals to which we refer you. Our role is to coordinate and facilitate, connecting you to independent third-party hospitals and specialists in India, and assisting with related logistics.
2. No medical liability
All medical decisions, treatments, procedures and their outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and medical professionals. MediConnect Global India is not liable for the quality, results, complications or any consequences of any medical treatment you receive. We strongly encourage you to make your own informed decisions and to seek independent medical opinions where appropriate.
3. Estimates and payments
Any cost estimates we share are provided by the hospitals and are indicative only; final costs are determined by the treating hospital and may change based on your medical assessment. Payment for treatment is generally made by you directly to the hospital. Any fees for our facilitation services will be communicated to you clearly in advance.
4. Visa, travel and accommodation assistance
We provide guidance and assistance with medical visa applications, travel and accommodation. However, the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities, and we cannot guarantee any visa approval, travel outcome or third-party service.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and honest information about your condition.
- Make your own informed decisions about your care.
- Comply with the requirements of hospitals, airlines and authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediConnect Global India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or from the acts or omissions of any third-party hospital, provider or authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
